I have one of these, while I was in korea last week it siezed up.

My wife attempted to fix it, but gave up and bought a mag 9.5 to use as backup, at a whopping 160 $ from the lfs.

Anyway I was just cleaning the pump, and it has no center shaft, I've not been able to find schmeatics for it online.

Is this the proper setup? all I have is the pump, a magent impeller, that sits on a ceramic knob, and the cover/seal.

There's a hole in the center of the impeller, but I do not see a shaft anywhere, she disasembled in the sink and may have lost parts.

Thanks in advance Mega

Yup, from what I can recall, that's the Velocity/Silent Seas pump. It's very quiet, but very unreliable. I have had 3 seize up on me in a matter of months before I finally decided to suck it up (the slight noise elevation that is) and get myself all Iwakis. No problems since then.

Thanks Mega. I was thinking of buying a T4 to run my chiller. Glad I saw this post. How do you like your Blueline (if you got it yet)? How quiet is it?
