How safe is this?

I was just wondering how safe it would be to use a 1/4 hp drop in chiller with a 65g tank (with no sump at the moment -- but there will be in a few months, I hope). I know this is way too much chiller for that size of a tank, but I was just curious. Thanks.

Should be fine, just make sure you get a good temperature controller.
