I never hada problem with them , I got my g3 from them and some live stuff and everything was good .

I ordered 3 times and the only lesson that I learned is to stay away from their "sales price". The livestock that I got on discount was bad.

I ordered from them twice, Customer service was good, they honored the live guarantee, just sent back the dead fish. However i only got credit that I had to use toward future purchases. Just got an order from Liveacquaria. Awesome looking fish and great customer service. Pay a little more and you won't be sorry.

I ordered a yellow watchman and got some white variant instead. Pale looking fish but they issued me the credit for the fish that up till now i still havent used cause GA has everything I need!

BTW their customer service sucks.........Very slow to get answers but eventually they will fix the problem if you have one.

I have never ordered from them. I do visit there alot, the pic and stuff the animals are pretty good if you need to do a little research. But what bothers me is the stupid 9.99 surcharge on each order. I think they say that it is for FULE. Where do they pay for fule. They pay for shipping not fule. They should raise their shipping charges or something. But they offer free shipping. So it is not really totally free shipping. I was gonna order pods from them. Seemed cheap 10 bucks. But then a 10 buck surcharge on top. Even though the pod price was decent i didnt buy it on principle. I will just goto the LFS. I would spend 10 bucks to buy some chaeto or something from a MR member that has pods growing before I paid SWF anything.
