I use one with Aqua Medic Life A and Plantco as food. You can make your own out of soda bottles, but I just didn't want to mess with that. I have raised brine shrimp in mine as well. Ii is still to early to tell if this is any better than just target feeding these products to the corals. In theory it should be better, but I am not sure.
