I finished my canopy today, installed the MH retro kit, plugged it in..........and.............nothing. The ballast had a connect kit so I can't imagine the wiring could be wrong but I'm no electrician. The bulb has a silvery substance at the bottom, is this normal from the manufacturing?
Please look at my diagram (if I attached correctly) and let me know if I am doing something wrong. I was hoping to "see the light" tonight.
