In my old tank I caught one munching on Xenia. Back to LFS with him. In the new tank I caught one munching on porities, and another one muching on my blue stag. Tomorrow, back to LFS with them. 3 for 3 is enough for me to never think about putting them in my reef again.

I yanked mine out after he kept tearing up my zoos. He started grabbing at passing fish frequently too. Thing is since he got yanked out and thrown into my sump I've noticed the valonia start creeping back but I never saw him easting it when he was in there (almost 6 months). I am thinking about getting another small (dime sized maybe) one and see how he does. When they get bigger more potential for problems I guess - existing one is going in my FOWLR with a niger and 2 plotinus cats who should be able to hold their own.

They grow pretty fast too. I've got a flock in my tanks. They're about ready for garlic and butter.

I've never caught mine eating anything, but they constantly knocked over my frags, so I took him out.

Don't take that crab back, you could rent him by the hour for good money to people with Xenia infested tanks! :!: :!: :D :D
