Another Lighting Ques

What would be considered GoodLighing for a 125..that will have soft and hard corals?..and few little fishies in them.

I am interested in purchasing MH for it..

I personally like the PFO 250 watt ballast / 6500 K Iwasaki bulbs supplemented with VHO actinic. However, some of those AB AquaSpaceLights equipped w/ 10,000 K bulbs look pretty sweet too. For both soft and hard corals, I'd probably recommend something around 250 watt halides. Our sponsors have a wide selection to choose from:
