what should i do next?

i am currently at a stand still on what to do next with my reef. it has been up and running for about three weeks now. This is where i am so far.

Stock: 4 blue hermits, 2 red hermits, 4 snails,
one orange spotted sleeper(soon to be removed).

Rock: 25 pound fiji.

Corals: mushroom coral, bubble coral.

Tank: 20 gallon truvu hexback.

Filtration: Prizm skimmer, jet powerhead

Lighting: 2x65w white10,000k/blue

Any ideas what to add next???

How is your water?

the water is clear, all tests are good. ph,am,nitrite,nitrate, hardness, calcium are all correct.

What kind of fish were you planning on when you set it up?

Have you witnessed nitrite spike yet? (indication for the end of nitrogen cycle)

i'm unsure what i want to add, just getting ideas.
