You should not have done this. Most will die in curring the tank. Ammonia is very toxic for the animals.
It is unlikely that the stars, shrimps, snails will live. You will need patience or else your tank will not do well. Please return all of them to the LFS until the cure process finish.

But, if you keep a skimmer running on the tank, and make some water changes you might be able to keep conditions good enough for them to survive.

How about the Hermit crabs?? Will they survive?

-Hermit crabs are an animal and therefore have the same sensitivity to ammonia that the others will. You can do as Dan has suggessted and take your chances with the life of these animals, or you can return them as Minh posted and wait until your water chemistry is suitable for marine life.

I don't know. I never cycle my tank with animal in it. Starfish, shrimps, and snails are delicate animals. Hermit crabs are hardy.
I would just return all of them until the Nitrite zero out. You really got to learn patient as a reefkeeper. It is essential for sucess.

Or, you could set up a smaller tank with some cured live rock from your LFS in it. Buy a couple of 2 or 3 pound pieces. You would only need a couple of small pieces and just feed the animals normally. Use a NO light over the top of it. With the addition of the rock , and the light, you should have agal growth in a couple of days. The snails can survive a couple of days on the algae on the rock.
When your tank is cured, you can add the rock in on top of it.

Just make sure you do water changes in the 20 and you should be ok. The most likely the animal to survive is your hermits. You can also use Ammoblock 2 ....this will reduce the stress your animals will be subject to and will only detox the ammonia without interfering with any cycling.

When I got my LR from TBS they included the entire "The Package" in the same shipment. The inverts went through the cycle and most made it through. I lost 1 out of 2 (1/2) starfish (both needed to recycle most appendages though), 2/6 turbos, and 1/2 cucumbers. Both of my Peppermint shrimp made it, a bunch of HH crabs made it, a mantis made it (tough bugger), and they also through in an anemone that lived through the cycle but only lasted 6 months.
I did twice a day water changes for 3 weeks to keep the ammonia levels down though.
