I am PI%#$&^D off at dolphine manufacturing I have been plumbing my new tank for the last 2 weeks and what happens the mighty ampmaster won't even come on. I was planning on transferring all my live stock this week end now I have to wait and here from Dolphine on Monday and wait for them to echange the pump. any body have this happen to them and how long did you have to wait for a replacment

do you hear any hum....

if so,, take a pair of needelt nose pliers and try and spin the shaft. someties the lube gels a little during shipping. or the shaft is rubbing up agains the shaft wall...

:P :lol: :wink: I am happy to say I fixed the pump last night. I was not hearing a humm or any other type of motor noice so I suspected it was electrical so not wanting to wait to get my new tank running I pulled out my tools took it appart and what did I find loose wires. once I connected them all ( took me a while )the pump turned on and I started to cry out of joy :wink:
