Icecap good or bad?

I know there has been much to say about icecap ballasts, but I need some input on the 175W MH ballast. I recently upgraded to 2 175W MH (10k) ushio lamps with icecap ballasts and have had one of the ballasts blow in the first week...since then I have replaced it with a new one free of charge from the company. I have heard a lot of good things about them but have read some bad too. Sometimes there is also some flickering, but this may be break in. The flickering has only occured on one lamp so far. Does anyone else have any input on these ballasts.

They have been great for me.
