Here's a pair of royal grammas in a 180. They almost never come out so this is a rare sight.

James, unfortunately there's no real way to tell short of pulling all the LR apart. They definitely share a little cave space deep in the rocks, but we can't see in there well enough to see eggs. Do grammas lay demersal eggs? Anyone else have a pair, pics, experience?

I don't know how these were paired, but I'll ask. There used to be a pair of banded coral shrimp as well, but they've gone MIA.

I am surprised that you say that they never come out, i have kept them before and they have always been active, searching for food and just keeping an eye on things !!!!!!!

Yeah, often times you might see one at a time but both is rare. This tank is packed with live rock. There's also a bicolor angel that I might see one out of 20 times I look at the tank.

Maybe it's kinda like that buddy that you hang out with, always socially active and doing something every night, until he finds a girlfriend and you never see him again. :D
