As you probably already know, the Kelvin ratings on halide lamps in this hobby are meaningless.
Although there's no 250 watt DE lamp that I know of "called" a 14K, the AB (Aqualine) 10K is actually closer to 13K (although in Sanjay's test the shield seems to attenuate the light back toward the 10K range).
Not sure about 250s, but I switched from running Ushio 150 DE 10Ks to the AB lamps, and they are noticeably bluer. Not what I would call a blue lamp, but white w/slight blue tint. IMO the AB 10K 250s are a bit whiter in appearance than the AB 10K 150s.
If you're looking for something bluer than the AB 10K lamp in DE, I believe your only other option at this time is the new 250 watt 20K DE lamp.
