Sump Design

I have been kicking around the idea of the sump setup for an upcoming tank and need some input. I attached a diagram. Sorry about the lame drawing. Do you think this will work? Also, any recommendations on modifications or pump size would be great. The sump will be under a standard Oceanic 120 RR. Thanks

looks pretty good im wondering on the water heights though, it looks like the water on the right will be the highest if this is so why dont you get rid of the (2) 2" baffeles and let it go straight to the skimmer and reactor?
