drilling ??????

just got a 40g breeder to make a refug sump thanks jim H.O.L. has anyone drilled wholes for intake before i dont need one for return i got a mag 7 i just dont want to ffffff it up lol :grouphug:

ps dose any one know e=were to get 3/4 plexiglass cheep

why drill it? have the water come in over the top and out the mag 7.

Also, what are you using the 3/4" plexi for?

I usually use over the top returns on tanks I drill but you could do a side return I guess - I think a 40B has a tempered bottom. I bought my drill bits on Ebay from a seller in Hong Kong. If you need the link I can look it up - get a decent drill and make a template and go slow. There are a few good tutorials floating around on Reefcentral.
