hi :)

my berghia have just arrived from berghia breeders. they're a good size and seem healthy enough.

they're still in their shipping bottle slowly making their way down to the sand. (i have four)

i know my fish will leave them alone, but will the peppermint shrimp, (who were previously hired to do the job..and failed miserably) eat them?

i've also got bunches of bristleworms.. will they eat them?

It's better if you keep them in a specie only tank for a while. no filtration is necessary, and no water movement either. Just a few rocks with aiptasia on it for them to graze on.

Your baby berghia could easily become fish/shrimp snacks.

Rowan, I hope that you have better luck with those little guys than I have had. My aptasia are starting to get out of control and have had no luck with Copperbands, shrimp, and sorry to say - berghia. I have put ten of them into my tank on two seperate occasions. After they left their little beaker homes, I never saw them again, and the aptasia have continued to flouish. Good luck with yours, but I am sorry to say that you have probably seen the last of them!
