Good morning.
Can anyone direct me to a site which sells electrical connect / disconnects?
I would like to put them in between my lights and ballasts so they are easier to work on.

Does this question even make sense?
Thanks

Hi..yes, I think what you're looking for is a method by which to have a postive OFF position? Or are you talking about something more akin to using ball valves and quick disconnects for your plumbing?

Have you googled or dogpiled yet?

If you're looking for something like a Molex connector to add a quick disconnect between the ballast and the lamp chords, you can find them at Radio Shack.

Ding, ding, ding...we have a winner.
Molex connector is what I was searching for.

Even after 10 cups of coffee, I could not think of it.

Thanks for all of the replies!

FWIW, I wired my ballast to the socket via an old extension cord (making sure that the male connector was on the socket side of course!). Makes for a simple and cheap quick connect/disconnect.

I did the same thing and it works great.
