105$ RO Unit

Just bought an RO unit for 105$ US. Also bought a TDS meter for 25$.

Probably should have asked here first but is this deal to good to be true? Feedback rating is 100% so that's a good sign...

That's an awesome price. Definitely on the low side, but it looks legit to me. Let me know if it works out for you. FWIW, ebay has a buyer's protection program, as does your credit card or paypal. For a $100, it's a pretty safe gamble.

I got more reaction in the sump. BTW the 105$ includes shipping. No tax or duty for the yanks. I received it yesterday and everything seems good but I will reserve judgement until I run it.

Hey Riot, you're right, if you wait you can get one for 79$+25$ shipping. Excellent prices on TDS meters and filter replacements. I haven't seen any other units run but this thing is awesome. The units are actually new and improved from the picture with a fixed flow restrictor, etc... Had a long chat with the guy and he said he is the only guy he knows of who imports directly from Asia , and yes I think he sells a tonne. As a bonus for Canadians no UPS hassles... TDS went from 69 to 0, so far I couldn't be more pleased.

ah shipping is $25,i had sent an email to that Ed fellow to find out if it was an RO unit,or RO/DI (which is it?),asked about shipping costs etc...,he never responded,i assume it is not a DI unit as well.....Riot....
