Differences in PC bulbs

I recently bought a CSL 2x65watt square pin ballast to add to my halide setup and was wondering about the best "blue/actinic" bulbs to get. Theres the Panasonic 7100k and the CSL actinic bulbs. Which of these 2 or others are best for not only growth of corals but also the flourescence of them...

The CSL bulbs are closer to true actinic..... go with the Ultra's if u can...

7100K bulbs arent true actinics they have a blue tint to them. they have came along way to get a true actinic but to me they are not there yet but getting there.

I use the hellolights.com true 03 actinics. I would definitely recommend them.
