Is this the sand folks are picking up at H.D. southdown tropical play sand from the caribbian. Blue lable with red letters 50lb. bag. It says on the lable soft texture silica free sterilized,In addition not recomended for aquariums.

< sarcasm >GEEE I wonder why they say NOT RECOMMENDED??? Considering it is the EXACT same thing as their "Aquarium" product, just way less expensive...hmmmm....that's a tough one!?</ sarcam >
