I picked up another turbelle 2002 and a dual controller.

I am gonna set it up tonight.... i will post picks in the morning.

the controller is neat. it has setting for 4 turbelles or electronic kits. wave and pulse settings. feed mode and a night mode. the night mode is cool

it uses a photocell to tell the unit when the lights go off in the tanks. then it goes to a pre-programmed wave and pulse interval. then when the light kciks on. it reverts back to a day cycle.

I will post pics of all the parts and such...

OK,

Here we go.

these are two turbelle 2002 units each 633gph.

This is the 7082/2 timer/wavemaker/pulse unit. It has a photocell that detects your lights so during the night the pulse stops and during the day it runs.

this is everything that comes in the box. The power modules, cables for 4 turbelles, photocell cable and control box.

I plugged the thing in a let it rip. Sheeesh. it moves water. and is absolutley silent. It freed up the back of my tank too. I only have the two units. I had to power them down..... they were blowing my sand all over. i am gonna play with them when the lights are on. I can see better then.

The control box has numerous settings. When the turbelles are plugged in it runs them in sync. 2 on, 2 off. depending on the cycle. you can set a -> <- type motion. or all one direction or a step-up in power of the unit from 30% to 100%...

then u can set the interval in which the two series switch. the feed button is designed for an 8-10min off period.

the unit is runn of the transformers from the pumps. no batteries no stand alone cable....
