Pretty nice. I think you thought things out pretty well because the pages load in a reasonable amount of time for modem users like me.
The only thing I would do is get the pages (template) to line up the same so the size doesn't change from page to page. Get the menu bar to stay in the same place.
I am using Netscrape. Maybe it doesn't jump all over the place in IE.

I think the site is very nice.
I have noticed problems with web sites and different browsers, hard to fix it for all so I just stick with IE. I am no pro web builder for sure. All pics are taken by me, we are on our 3rd camera in about 4 years now. The banner was made from various shots you will see in the pics, I imported them into Photoshop and butchered them up into layers to make the top banner.
