I believe this is Turbinaria, grew out of my LR. Apparently the plant guys and the animal guys didn't communicate when they were cooking up genus names.

Dan, there is many examples of the use of the same genus name for different kingdom/domain. For example, Vulpes is used in both animalia and plantae kingdom, I believe. However, there is only one unique genus within a single kingdom.
