i am currrently in the process of changing apartments. My new one is about 3 miles away or a 10 minute drive. i was wondering how i should go about moving my tank. i have a couple fish and 8 corals in a 29 gallon tank. What would be the best way to move something like this? How do you transport the water?
Thank you

I would empty the tank of all living things/water and put them in clean, circulated buckets. Since it is only a 10 minute drive, the corals and fish in the buckets of tank water should be fine. I would put covers on the buckets so the water doesn't splash around and your fish jump out.

Siphon all your water out BEFORE you remove the rocks and stir up the sand! Everything should be fine, if you can keep your sandbed and maybe the rocks imbedded in it undisturbed. Good luck!
