I just got my copy of Michael Paletta's new book "Ultimate Marine Aquariums" from Amazon today.
Wow! This is a great book. Some of the tanks are simply amazing.
It has TONS of detail about all of the equipment used for each tank - lighting, filtration, water circulation, heating, cooling, etc. It tells how much rock and sand they have, and how many fish and corals and other livestock. It also lists the water parameters and the feeding schedule.
It also has a cool "notes" section about each tank that has information like problems they overcame doing the tank, things they would do differently if they did it again, and things they love about the way they did it.
The only thing I wish it had is more pictures of the sumps and fish rooms. There are some, but one for every tank would have been better. All in all, this is a cool and inspiring book just to flip through and check out what others have accomplished.
