I have a twinspot coris that burrys itself in the sand at night. It has a small infection on its mouth and I want to quarentine it. Should I just let it figure out theres no sand to sleep in, or is there some kinda sand I can use that wont effect the treatment? He just swims back and forth at the bottom of the tank because it has no substrate. :(

I might put a fake rock or some pvc tubes in the quarantine tank so he can have some sort of shelter at night and that wont effect the treatment
