Water circulation pump

What would be a good pump/power head to circulate the water in a newly started 55 gal reef tank.Also what ghp should work good for this size tank?Thank You!

Can you provide some more details about the setup? What are you planning to keep in this tank?

more info on tank would be helpful, when i had FOWLR i had 10x the turnover rate, so for you 550gph..but if you are running skimmer or have many bends in your return to your tank get a stronger pump also pressure rated. My reef now i shoot for 15-20X turnover. hope this helps
