Does anyone know of any inverts that C. semilarvatus and/or P. imperator. will NOT eat? It would be nice to place a few other forms of life in the tank, even though I know a full blown coral reef would be impossible.

That guy did it, but I question whether the stuff will get eaten/killed overtime by the fish. I tried to email him, but had little success getting ahold of him to find out how everything has worked out. Nonetheless, I would love to keep a tank like the above.

I keep cleaner shrimp, feather dusters, snails, crabs, and mushrooms with my angels. I have a Red Sea Regal Angel, a Goldflake, and a Flame Angel. They do not bother anything in the tank.

Just stay away from worms, corals (ie anything with fleshy polyps), anemones, sponges, or tunicates and you'll be safe. In other words, depending on the species Butterflies will eat just about every invert ;)

There are reefsafe butterflyfish, namely Bannerfish and Pyramid Butterfly.
