Woohoo my lights came in

My lights from Marine Depot came in today. Deluxe Aluminum Hood System 2 250 MH Mogel and 2 110 watt VHO 48 inches for my 72 gal Bowfront. Hung them and they look Great. Now to see how much better the Corals will do being Supplimented with the Anttic Lights. Marine Depot in my Book are Very good There Shipping is fast, Order Monday they had it made by wed. and Shipped out that same day, and it was here by 1:00 pm today. So if you can't tell that i like Marine Depot then i don't know what will.

Good to hear your transaction went smooth with MD. I had several that did not but that's to be expected with mail order I suppose. You're just a stones throw away from them so the fast turn around is no suprise. Shipping standard DHL to Tulsa is more like 4-5 days so I usually spring for the upgraded shipping method if I'm in a bind.

MD is not really A #1 in my book when it comes to total customer service but I still use them if the price is right. My biggest issue with them is the fine print "not-so-free" free shipping catches (certain bulbs, certain weighted items, certain this and that) no matter what you spend. Also, much of their lighting comes drop shipped from manufacturers from which you can buy direct and save their middleman costs (ie hamiltontechnology.com). It seems that your light may not have been in this catagory.

If you like them stick with them. There are certainly worse places out there.

Thanks Mooner For the Comment I haven't heard that in a long time. I have posted pic of my tanks before and no one has ever said nice tank. Thank again.
