I have a Hypodermic Needle, I just need to know what to inject them with. I don't want to take 350Lbs of rock out just to scrub it. Thanks in advance for any help.

LOL!! You're armed to the teeth, ain't ya?

Kalkwasser seems to be the poison of choice, sir. Good luck.

You should be able to peel it off the rocks with sharp tweezers. I sometime use a metal dental pick to start the peeling, but then finish it with tweezers. I'd be concerned about killing it with chemicals. Xenia secretes some pretty nasty chemicals of its own when disturbed.

if you want, you could pull it off and rubberband it to small pieces of rock and sell/trade it to your lfs for something you want. this is what i do. for a rock about 1-2 inch diameter, i get $12.50. my lfs gives me the small pieces of live rock that they don't want. kinda like growing money on trees- or in my case on rocks. you could set up another small tank just solely for propogating. just an idea

IMO anything you inject into them short of regular water will kill them !! Boiling water, Kalk, Calcium, ect...

I agree with the seliing them to LFS idea. At my LFS a guy comes in once a months and cashes out like $50-$75 in credits...

The way I control wayward strays of Xenia in my tank is to bury the
colony with pieces of live rock rubble. The colony moves from the larger
rocks onto the smaller pieces of rock. This usually takes a week or so.

Once the colony is on the small rock, the rock is removed and either
given away to other hobbyists or traded for other items at my LFS.

Assuming you can find LFS in your area to take them. They dont want them around here anymore, at least the normal xenia, I think they still want red sea Pom Pom. Best idea is to get it off the rock at the base and toss it out.

Just peel them off the rock and flush them. you really don't want to kill them in the tank because this will release nutrients back into the tank. Xenai is very easy peel off rock and glass if you don't care about damaging them.

hi.
This should be second nature to most people... it is like peeling off the sticker from a plastic bottle... don't worry about the ooze. The skimmer will take it out.
