Plumbing Epoxy Putty - What aquarium uses?

I purchased Plumbing Epoxy Putty (by PC Products at www.pcepoxy.com) at Ace Hardware today becuase I thought that it has aqaurium uses like mounting frags. I would like to know uses for this stuff...

Is it even aquarium safe?

Can it hold LR together for aquascaping?

What else can it do?

I don't know if it is Aquaium safe. I use stuff called Aquamend You can find it at Home Depot in the Panit section just ask some one and they will tell you were it is.
