what is supposedly the correct spectrum for keeping corals, both hard and soft? is 27w 10k white and 13w 17k blue ok?
what's the diff between 17k blue and act3?
its all personal taste. a coral will grow jst fine in anything from 6500k to 20000k. but the wattage you describe isnt enough to grow sps in unless you have a 5-10 gal tank. i prefer 10000k lighting or 6500k.
