sick goby

i have a neon goby hes about 5 months in my tank and recently hes started some rapid breathing, anyideas how i can help him? all other fish are fine..

I had a goby too. i did the same thing breathing fast. he died about two days later. and this happen 2 times allready within a 3month period. and my water was fine. ???
