They've laid eggs before, but this time it looks like they are going to hatch soon. I can see their little eyes, so I figure it'll only be a day or 2 before they do hatch. I will probably remove them from the main tank and put them into a 10 gal hex. Do I put the parents in the 10 gal too? Also, what am I going to feed these little guys?
Any help appreciated.

REJOICE!

And get in touch with JeremyR, he's been spawning his clowns recently. Also, search our library http://www.reefs.org/library as well as the Advanced Aquarist database. If you intend to rear the larvae you need to some things already in place. IIRC, they're quite photosensitive for the first few days/weeks, and will require rotifers of a certain size for feed for a while. I'm not positive about these things, as I never reared any resulting fry from spawns, but definitely Jeremy knows.

If you want to get serious about breeding them, I'd recommend getting a copy of Joyce Wilkerson's Clownfishes. As they should continue to spawn regularly and it's kind of late to obtain and start growing the proper foods.

Yes, I agree with the book recommendation above. I have succesfully reared clowns based only on the info in it.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the hatching tank and rotifers ready now, there is nothing that can be done for this hatch. But a spawning pair usually keeps it up, so you can be ready for next time!

Pretty much everything mulberry said.

You need to have your phytoplankton and rotifer tanks up and running way prior to the eggs hatching. Grab that copy of Wilkerson's Clownfish book. It's probably the best book out there on the subject with the hobbyist in mind. You may be able to request it thru interlibrary loan from your local library if you don't want to break down and pay for it.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I hate to see the little guys end up as food, but then again, it's probably a bit difficult rearing them too, right?
What kind of a success rate do people typically have rearing fry? Is it even worth pursuing?
How does one set up a rotifer or phytoplankton tank? Could my refugium help?
Like I said, I do have a 10 gal hex tank I would probably set up syphoning water from the main tank and discharging into the sump, which I think would work pretty well.

My gobies hatched this morning, the parent would flap its tail under the rock and little babies would swim out. I could see the little smile on their faces as they were swimming around. Pitty my pair of clowns sat there and picked them off one by one.

I wish I had been prepared for the hatching.
