As you can see in my avatar, my clown gobie has formed a "relationship" with my elegant coral. He stays within the tentacles of the coral all day. Has anyone else see this before? Is this unusual? (larger picture attached)

My Bicolor Blenny spends allot of time on top of or next to my elegance. My guess is that elegance does not have as much of a sting as an anemone. Have you seen your gobie feeding the coral? I haven't seen any behavior like this from my Blenny, I'm just curious. Great photo!

It looks to me like the gobie is just hanging out with the coral (shelter). When I feed the tank he seems to eat in the open water. The good news is that the coral seems to be oblivious to the fish. I'm glad you like the photo. I am going to get a tripod soon.

What a great picture, and a very nice coral. How do you like your clown goby? I think they're cute fish, but I've never seen one in a reef tank or anywhere outside of an LFS sales tank with nothing in it but fish.

The clown gobie is a nice fish. He would really get beat up with aggressive fish, I imagine. I have all mellow fish. He is not an aggressive eater at all. When he is not chillin' in the coral he is hanging in some tonga rock (very branchy, like an acropora). He is always in the front of the tank, which I enjoy.

The elegant coral is ding very, but I have only had it about a month. I hope it continues to show shuch nice tissue expansion!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I will post some more pictures!
