aquasafe and bubbles?!?!

i have had my tank for about a month and a half now and i am having excess bubble problems i have tried everything but the don't seem to dicapate, thinking they are commign from my skimmer i called the skimmer company and one of the first questions i was asked was, "are you using aquasafe?" which i have been up until my last water change which was done with ro/di water about a 25% change. he explained that aqua safe causes bubbles in the tank, and i have trillions of them, is this true??!!

Ive never used a similar setup myself, but I read a lot about people using fine-micron strainer bags at specific points of the tank. Is there any way to put a filter bag over the skimmer output in some way? Somewhere on here they were bagging a certain part of the sump setup and maybe thats how it is done, can we get some more details on your skimmer's placement> Maybe the bump will help

tkramer17, if you could either take a pic of your system or describe in detail your setup, that would help diagnose the problem.
