I have a 120gal FOWLR PC lighting, I noticed my tank reach 85 and it was warm here in westchester yesterday. I placed a fan in my sump and notice it take the temp down to 79. I have the heater turned off since there is no need for it I assume the return pump and skimmer pump are heating the tank well. Any other ideas I should do to turn the heat away? The canopy I cut out the sides to allow the fans to blow the heat out as if the canopy was off the tank so its pretty open on top.

Thats not bad being able to pull the temp down form 85 to 79 with a fan blowing on the sump. You may want to look into a Ranco controller so the fan can turn on and off depending on the temp of the water. Besides that you could look into a chiller or get a large AC unit for the entire room. The link that Ronen posted will have a lot more info.
