i have had a xenia frag for about a month now and it had grown loads but as i came down this moring it had a chunk about 3/4 of its size missing.
i have never had any problems with it before nor any other corals.
i have only introduced 3 new turbo snails and 3 frags recently.
i am wondering if it was the turbos because they are pretty big and i found 1 right next to it.

??????????? any ideas

have any crabs by chance? I had a emerald crab that thought it was a barber when it came to my xenia. Needless to say, the crab was relocated quick, fast and in a hurry.

My blue hippo tang thinks xenia is delicious! For some reason xenia is one of the most commonly munched corals in my experience. I guess that's why it grows so fast.
