How new is your tank? Also, can you list your water parameters for us?

Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Salinity
Calcium
Alkalinity
Temperature
Salt mix you're using

I've got some ideas but I'd like to hear what your tank parameters are first.

Your salinity is 1.027 sg or 27 ppt and I'm assuming that your temperature is in °C which would make it about 81°F?

So all of your existing livestock are OK in the tank but anything new you add dies in a short amount of time. Correct?

Have you checked the salinity of the water that your animal comes in from your local fish store where you buy your livestock? If so, what is it? Also, are you slowly acclimating your new livestock to your tank or are you just taking it directly from the bag and putting it into the tank without acclimating it at all?

all my existing livestock are OK.

the salinity of the water that comes in from my LFS was 1024-25
im not acclimating any coral before

is that the problem ?

i never acclimate any coral in the past with no problem.

iv got one more thing i see lots of conch empty in the back of my tank
maby the hermit crab kill them or its the same problem in my tank ?

thanks for the help.

Most likely your hermits are going after your snails. They're probably looking for bigger homes. :D

I would definitely acclimate your new purchases and I think this might be what's going on in your situation. When I acclimate new purchases to my tank, I float the bag that the item is in for about 15-30 minutes in my tank (or the sump), then I replace about 1/3 of the water with tank water, wait 15-20 minutes, replace 1/3 of the water again, wait 15-20 minutes, replace 1/3 of the water, wait, and then finally put the specimen in my tank. It takes a while but it's worked real well for me.

I fully agree with liquid. Get one not so expensive piece and acclimate it and se that it survives say a month or so. I keep my salinity close to the 1.024-5.
I do not think the high calcium 600ppm & high alk 12dkh is a problem. BUT the numbers seem too high to me to remain in balance at those levels.
