Do zoanthids have the capability of stinging a clam if they get close to each other. Just wondering, cause I have a crocea clam parked righted near a patch of spreading zoanthids...Just wondering before I move that clam.

I don't recommend clams up against zooanthids, shrooms, or other polyps, but with that said, I've had clams up against all of them before and they seem to do ok. Xenias were the only thing that really bugged my clams for some reason. Your mileage may vary.

This crocea is partially covered with zoos and is happy as a clam!
