hey scott, looking good my friend. have you found any leaks yet around the bulkheads, only reason i ask is because when installed mt bulkheads i put silicone around the outside of each, on the threads and then titen'd them except for one that i forgot, the 2'' drain and i had a small leak around the threads. also from the looks of your overflow picture it seems really tite in there. where is the sump room located, is it behind the tank, opposite the overflow?.

Thanks for the complement, it has been a few long days!

I had one drain on the closed loop leak a bit and it took some time to tighten it up and also as you guesses I had a problem with one of the overflow drains...this was a real PITA. The leak was in the bulkhead, it was in the union below it (I forgot to tape it :( ) ....tight is an understatement (and I am by no means a small guy :) ) ...anyways, one torn upper body muscle later and it is all taken care of! :)

I'm off to build a standpipe next and now I am a bit leary about threading something into the bulkhead that may cause a leak :(

The sump is behind the wall that runs parallel with the long side of the tank.
