Is the green water that collects in the cup of my Aqua C Remora Pro safe to feed to my corals or should I just dump it?

That green water is called "skimmate," not phytoplankton. It probably has some algae in it that make it green, but it can be just decomposing byproduct of chloro. related chemical.

Either way, AquaC never maket their products as coral food generators, and the skimmate should never be return to the tank at any circumstance.

More tersely, just dump it.

Skimmate is toxic. Don't let it back in the system water.
