I think the point was that you don't go to McDonalds for cooking advice or to Walmart for fashion/home stereo advice. Not becasue the employees are stupid but because it's not their job to give good advice. Which is how it is with *most* LFS employees. Their job is to clean, clean, clean some more and give the customer what they ask for. Not the way it should be, but the way it is.
