the paint on my pendant is chipping away. is there a way i can strip off the old paint and put new paint on? anyone did this? thanks for any help!

I assume you're talking about the paint on the outside of the pendant. If it were me, I'd tape off the areas with masking tape that you don't want painted and then I'd rough up the surface with some 180 or 220 grit sandpaper. This will allow the paint that you will be applying to have better adhesion to the pendant. Then I'd go to your local hardware store and find some paint that is meant for high temperature applications. The store clerk should be able to direct you to it. Do light coats and follow the directions on the can.
