Last night my Tubofloater 1000 multi quit sucking air, no bubble production AT ALL
I took the aquabee pump apart the verturi valve was completely clear.
I went ahead and cleaned the inards of the pump and hooked it back up.
It still would not suck air in.
I was pissed at this point. I called the company that i purchased the unit from (aquadirect.com) The gave me a toll free # to AquaMedic 1-877-208-2633
I called Aqua direct and explained what was happening.
He advised me that in the pumps output there is a flapper valve. He said take a brush and scrub both sides of it to clear it of any residue. The flapper MUST move freely both ways. I did this and guess what! My skimmer works AS GOOD AS NEW!!!! So, for all of you that are having problems with no bubble production when using the Aquabee pump CLEAN YOUR FLAPPER!!!!!!!!!

I still have that problem.
I got the aquabee 2000/1 UP and the aquamedic tubroflotor 1000 multi.

I attach the pump and the power, but it only pumps water through the skimmer... no air!. If I blow in the air hose, small bubbles is produced and is going in the skimmer, but as soon as I stop blowing, the air also stops. Instead, water begins to run out of the hose.

WHAT IS WRONG ???

I have cleaned everything inside the pump (I guess), but it still dosent work...

Does anyone have a possible solution to this problem ?
