Osama...i currently am running a 400 gallon tank with 2 Sea Swirls attched to 2 Supreme pumps (750 g/h), 2 Quiet One return pumps (1200 g/h) attached to 6 returns plumbed through my 2 overflows, that sit in the middle of the tank, directed to various parts of the aquarium. Inside the tank sits a Tunze wide flow power head (2200 g/h). The overflows drain into 3 sumps which are ball valve controlled. Two sumps house all my pumps, skimmer, and reactor while the 3rd 60 gallon sump has a DSB over a plenum. Each sump can be "closed" for maintenance. Water ciruclation is quite aggressive. I have used this set-up with much success in the past, but am having problems of a different kind right now with the current tank. furthermore, i would say much depends on your tank shape and viewing panels (mine is 360 degree view) as to what is aesthetically pleasing yet functional. The Sea Swirls i would rate as very dependable. Hope this helps!
