My LiterMeter III's motor broke (rare failure, so I'm told) and I sent it in to Spectrapure for servicing and or replacement. I got a replacement unit back 4 days later with absolutely zero fuss. I thought it was worth mentioning to everyone in gratitude of their expedient and painfree service.

Note, I recommend you call them if you need servicing under warranty. I've found their email reply times slow.

I second that, I had to get a replacment part for my RO/DI (DI chamber broke off in a move). They didn't overcharge me, and they through in extra parts they thought I might need!
