Flasher wrasse/firefish in a 20h?

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to try a flasher wrasse and a firefish in a 20 gallon high. I know these fish have a reputation of being jumpers so i would be sure to keep the tank covered, but would the small tank be too much stress for the fish to handle?

These fish remain small and are good choices for a 20 gallon aquarium.
