identify this fish

not really a reef question, but i cant find the answer anywere.

its the last fish in this list, the electric blue one.

what is it, how big does it get and is it a rare/uncommon fish?

I don't think anyone here knows what this fish is. It seems to be an undescribed fish from the grouper family. I like it whatever it is! I have never seen it in 23 years in the aquarium trade, but the photo appears to be taken in an aquarium. Anyone?

ah, hello?? Geese, Bingo, it's wearing a SUIT...check the plastique! And obviously the suit is covering up the blue....nice jawline, too. Musta got injections. Amazing what collagen can do.
