I JUST BOUGHT A OCELLARIS FOR MY BTA TODAY,I BROUGHT IT HOME,PERFORM A TIP SO THE FISH WOULD GET USE TO THE WATER I MY TANK,THIS LASTED APPROX 30 TO 45 MINS-WHEN I PUT THE FISH IS THE TANK HE ACTED VERY STRANGE-SWIMMING AT THE TOP OF THE TANK,UP AND DOWN,UP AND DOWN,BUT MOSTLY STAYING AT THE TOP OF THE TANK...IS THIS NORMAL FOR ANEMONEFISH-I WATCH THIS FISH IN THE LFS AND HE DID NOT ACT LIKE THIS...I AM VERY CONCERN-I HAVE PUT HIM IN A QT FOR TH NIGHT TO SEE IF HE DOES ANY BETTER....IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO PLEASE RESPONED TO THE THREAD :( :?:

45 min drip??

If its dripping I dont think it would be long enough. For fish like that I usually do a float and 1/4 cup every 10 - 15 mins maybe you shocked him

After you QT him, (I recommend it), putting him in the display tank should be fine...I've had clownfish that act really weird, but they settle down in a few days. Feed mysis shrimp to him.. mine loves them.

4-5 days later they started to come around... I've got a pair, and now they always hang out together, and sleep in the upper corner of the tank, and *never* stop moving-even to sleep.

wings888,it appears that the clown might be starting to calm down-last night when i got home(approx 02:30a) he was up in 1(one) corner bobbing up and down just a little bit,maybe sleeping...thanks for all your help
